First - product arrived on time and came with a complete set of documents so using it was easy. Had to check an ECU that was not listed and had to call tech support. They answered the phone quickly and were able to advise me on how to use their analyzer correctly. So far its works beautifully. It has saved me time and money. Its was a great investment!!!

The scanner does a good job of quickly scanning the code on the car and has good information for more advanced diagnostics. Overall, I'm happy with the scanner.

Read carefully, You can only program ECU, ECM s it supports only the brans listed not the major brands we have here in the us. So don't waste your money there are cheaper options out there also read the ad it says that Amazon may send you a used on and tell you to not worry well I would if I were you ..

I used this scanner seversal times and I rarely used another tool.99% of non-programming related problems could be done withthis item and the data recording and playback was good for me toknow every vehicle. I absolutely love the streamlined interface anda professional PDF report after fast scan.No other diagnostic scanner under $1500 could touch this item asfar as being reliable, not glitchy, and being able to do the amountof things it could do.Needed to code an FRM on a Benz? No problem. Needed to doinjector test on an old Toyota? Easy! Needed to modulate thethrottle on a peugeot partner tepee 1.6 hi 2013? 次世代診断機との触れ込みで購入Maxisys　Proも同時に使用しているが、今のところ使用して間もないので同じくらいの性能って感じ。Maxisysの方が診断の立ち上がり等は早く感じるが、それだけ深いところまで読みに行っているのかも？本国サポートは当てにならないけど、ここで質問して対応してくれるサポートの方は対応がすごく良いので、Maxisysよりも操作しやすいと思う。またFaultCodeについて、ﾈｯﾄで関連情報の検索が出来るのはすごく良いし、将来的にはこっちがﾒｲﾝになってくるのかと思う。参考になるDataの収集も始まっている？ようで、Userが増えてくればかなり頼りになるはず。更新料も安めですごく助かる！(笑)
