I hadn’t come across these before but my 31 year old son, who’s a bit of a fitness freak spotted these and decided to try them as he’s been suffering with his one knee and his back, he also has quite a physical job at times so needs to keep himself in trim. Initially he didn’t see any difference but after a couple of week of taking 2 tablets a day he says that he’s definitely seen an improvement and has decided to carry on taking them. Here is what he says about them in a nutshell.No side effects if used correctly, good for muscle definition and toning, reduces fat ratio ( which he’s obsessed with after being a bit of a chubby teenager), lowers blood pressure, no risk of masculine effects on females or hair loss in either sex (he’s given up on the latter and shaved it all of his hair off anyway). Anti-inflammatory effects, increases good cholesterol, gives extra energy and are easy to take.They don’t smell very pleasant and I’ve given a 3 star for flavour because if the capsule is split they taste nasty. So that’s it in a nutshell but give them a try for yourself.

The capsules are easy to swallow, and have a good coating to prevent you getting a bitter taste. If you do break the coating pre-emptively before you swallow, they do taste a bit bitter on the tongue and not so nice. They are also, vegan, which is commendable, so a good alternative to any other non-vegan supplements of a similar type. Be sure to take them on a full stomach, as on an empty one some discomfort may be experienced.On the topic of NTRL HEALTH CO. I did some research - Turkesterone not being a registered drug by the FDA, it is legal to sell it in whatever volumes/concentrations etc. There is no regulation on what you're buying, so many companies have a choice of what they put within their supplements. This company seems legitimate enough, and taking the supplements for almost a month now, I have not noticed any severe side effects at all.The effectivity of Turkesterone is a whole other topic: people have gone forward and backward over its validity as a fitness supplement. I myself have done research and presented on it (scientifically sourced of course) and, having experimented with it myself; found that it does have some effect. It's not going to make you superman, but I have noticed an increase in muscle densities when on/off it, as well as it helping to maintain physique when lacking regular physical training. As for its aerobic effects, the short answer is: I'm not sure. I rarely felt an increase in any aerobic capacity taking it, but when not taking it for a while, I did feel less aerobically fit (however this could just be a placebo affect or other factors like general varying health at the time).All in all, if you're looking for a docile supplement to maintain your health and boost your strength gains, look no further. This product does it all suitably, although at quite a high price, about 50p per capsule - and if you take the recommended 2 a day, one purchase will only last you a month.

The pills are quite small really and will swallow them without any problems with water. It is really difficult to assess and quantify how much of an improvement the product produces in him he definitely feels more focussed & energised in his workouts and his mood has been more uplifted in general.The product seems reasonable value for money, with how it is priced. I can only suggest you give it a try for yourself, to see whether it aids your workouts and goals.
