As a life long musician I know this is a great product. Don’t worry about the one star review that said the paper is see through thin, it is not. They also complained about how hard bound it is. It is well bound and you will have to make it lay flat but I am sure if it were not that person would say it was cheep and would fall apart. Some people just have to complain lol. For the price of a gallon of milk I have something that will benefit and enrich my life for years. What more do you want?

Pretty good except tear out
This is all as expected and there's handy music reference guides inside the cover. But I wish it were easier to tear a page out. A perforation or a spiral bind or something.

Save paper!
Great idea, when listening to music to write it out. You don't waste paper and erasers. When I get it right on the whiteboard, then I put it on paper. Emma at MINT NY answers very quickly if there is a problem and makes it right!

I like the fact the lines are wide. Very easy to see considering my eyes aren't what they were in my younger days lol
