The package is "resealable." It's not actually resealable because that part is such poor quality that it's not going to work. So, I knocked off one star for crummy packaging.I rolled the top of my open bag down and put a rubber band over it all. That has worked well. A dispensing spout would be great, but this package doesn't have one.The product itself is fairly easy to apply (use a light hand if you're sprinkling directly from the package) and works well. We've had a ton of rain this spring and the fire ants are prolific early. I have been joyfully taking out mounds with this product. It takes them out, rather than just making them move around like orange oil or diatomaceous earth.I've enjoyed watching those awful things take pieces of this back to their mounds. They pounce on it like candy, even in the daytime.I had an ant problem in a bed I needed to weed today. I spread this in and around the bed about 24 hours before I needed to weed. Almost all of the ants were gone today. This product works and works quickly.

We’ve used other brands of fire ant killer and the ants just move a couple of feet away. With this stuff the ant hill is empty. You don’t have to use a lot of it either, just sprinkle around and on top of the hill. 24 hours later-gone.

Guess my fire ants are too tough for this stuff because it doesn't affect them at all.

I’m on the fence about the efficacy of this product. Another reviewer noted that the container advertised is deceiving and they are correct. This is important to know that the pictures advertised can be deceiving. Disappointed in value for amount received.
