This is really a very good product for all the persons who know or don't know that they are suffering from omega-3 fatty acid deficiency. I am having it for the last one week and can feel my health improvement. This product's composition is perfect compared to the standards. It contains two very important omega-3 PUFAs. I’m talking about docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA). DHA and EPA are sometimes called the marine omega-3s because they mainly come from fish. After a long time of doubt and confusion and at the same time a pressing need of addressing overweight and resultant joint pains I decided to try this St. Botanica Omega-3 Fish Oil. I got the product two days before the expected date and I strictly followed the usage process mentioned on the bottle and backed it with moderate levels of physical activity daily. At first I was a bit sceptical because of the smell of the Capsules and wondered whether I got the original product. But, anyhow I went forward and tried as per the dosage and it worked for me. I’m using it the morning time with a glass of moderately hot water with a single soft gel in it. The water must be left aside for 5-10 minutes so that the gel capsule melts and releases the content in to the water. I still have 20-25 capsules to use. Along with the fish oil I went out for 2-3km walk/run daily morning after drinking this as a routine. Initially for the first 4-5 days I personally didn’t recognise any change in my body but later it started showing some results. Unlike previously I saw a visible change in my daily routine with more energized and active, free movements which greatly improved my fitness levels but I highly recommend to couple this fish oil supplements with any moderate/intermediate levels of exercising activity for better results. The soft gel shell container was not a good one, never opted to buy this brand 2nd time.

If you need Omega 3 Fatty acid, I suggest that you directly get from the real food (buy fish from the market and eat it) I bought 60 capsules thinking that these capsules will help me with my skin rashes but these capsules made my rashes worse. it inflammed my rash and i had to visit a real doctor to finally cure it. Screw these pills, they useless and waste of money!!
