Love this and use it often

Some of my favorite natural shampoo. Love it.

I didn’t want to write a bad review because the product is great but why is the manufacturer sending out the product with the pump handles already up?? I’ve seen other reviews with the same issue. The pump handles should be leaving the factory in their screwed down position and only popping up when the custom opens them! Wasted product in the box that I paid for is frustrating.

My hair loves this. I have natural hair. I don't blow dry, straighten. Air dry my medium length hair with a light coat of the conditioner. People always comment how soft my hair looks.

I love the clean ingredients in every 365 personal care products! This leaves your hair moisturized without being too heavy, and the smell is great. Formula & consistency is nice to use

i haven't had this shampoo for very long, but it does smell great and paired with my conditioner(of another brand), my hair looks smooth and shiny. the only problem is that a bit of it arrived spilled around the inside of the box, which doesn't ever happen with other deliveries. not a lot of product was lost though, and there's plenty in the bottle.

Bottle too big

Love the product but it arrived with the pump spigot open and leaking all over inside of box. About one inch of product leaked out. Wasn’t worth going to trouble to return.
