This is supposed to be one of the top herbal remedies ever since ancient China times. It doesn't taste the greatest, but when mixed with other earthy herbals isn't works for tea. I have been drinking Reishi Mushroom tea for about a year and thought I would give this brand a try. The first sip was so horrible I had to spit it out and for a short time was wondering if I had been poisoned as it gave me a case of the dry heaves. (Yes my body was trying to throw it up.) I haven't tasted anything so bad in a long time. It also smelled like it had black pepper mixed in it but I m not sure if it does or not, it just smelled bad. The other brand I have been using has been just fine but this stuff is inedible and a complete waste of money for me. I am glad I bought the smaller bag instead of the bigger one. I will not be ordering from PURE again. With this purchase I got ripped off.

Reishi is great to make tea. Smoothies. I like making chicken noodle soup and putting some in the soup. It works well use daily and feel the immunity to colds iflu it's preventative and healing.
