May arrive shattered
I've been taking Alkaline for Life choline citrate for a few years, and I won't be without it! I have it on auto-ship from Alkaline4Life. This is a liquid formula packaged in glass bottle. Unfortunately it was delivered shattered. Rufus was cool and provided a refund. Even though this order was unusable due to broken glass, It is a great product for me because taking it with magnesium "unlocks" the cells ability to absorb the Magnesium. I can tell the difference without a doubt!
