Hilma Gentle Bowel, Occasional Constipation Relief with Magnesium Citrate, Natural and Gentle Laxatives for Constipation w/Magnesium Citrate, Ginger, Anise and Bitter Orange, 46 Vegan Capsules

I started using this Hilma product after I had a diverticulitis flare up. I have used this fiber and digestive enzyme on a daily basis ever since. It's imperative to use to keep my system in check and regular. I put the daily dose in smoothie and it blends up nicely - I can't even taste it or notice it's in the smoothie really. I do notice a difference if I run out though! I have made this a part of my daily routine and I stay regular and have no digestive issues as a result.

I dont get enough fiber in my diet and I fake an iron supplement with that said it says to take 3 gummies, it was too much for me so I take 1 daily and feel great! Tastes good too

I'm currently on a GLP-1 and the only side effect I'm experiencing is constipation. I have used Mag07 which works very well, but wanted to try something with better ingredients. I like that this only uses 4 ingredients and is third party tested. I took it as directed, 2 capsules at night, and have been able to go the morning afterwards. There was an instance where it wasn't working as usual, but when I drank water with electrolytes I immediately felt movement so I probably wasn't as hydrated as I needed to be. I don't take these every day, but it's a great option when I'm not regular.

It's ok. It doesn't do anything to curb my appetite as I was hoping it would. I mix it into my coffee in the morning. It adds a bit of sweetness but no other flavor so it works well. It dissolves better in cold liquid than hot so I premix with a bit of cold water and then add the hot coffee on top. It's a good value for the size but it's a little bit pricey for what it does. I probably won't buy it again but I will use the rest of the container that I have.

This product is perfect in helping with the constipation I suffer from. Having MS, it is a fantastic natural and healthy way to support my needs. And it works!!!

I love these fiber gummies and they are FSA eligible. They do seem to help keep things moving. The flavors are nice. I have purchased multiple times and will continue to do so. I’ve tried many other brands and these are the best! They come well packaged and are not ever stuck together. They are easy to chew and dissolve easily. I find they are a good value for the money!

I wanted to try a cleaner ingredient version of Metamucil, but this just didn’t work for me. I gave it a solid three weeks, but saw no real benefits. Metamucil usually works within a few days, so this was a letdown. The taste is okay, not too sweet, but it just wasn’t effective. If you’re looking for a cleaner option, I’d suggest going with plain psyllium husk instead.

This stuff works great. My only complaint is that it gels up when I add it to my coffee with a froth mixer so I have to take a spoon and scrape it down. Once it’s down, it mixes fine. Work very well but I learned not to take with coffee. That too much at once for me in that department lol
