Easy to use and cut out a clean hole in the stainless steel sink

of course you have to drill a hole first for the screw to go through, but it made a nice clean hole in my stainless steel tank that I thought was going to give me some trouble.

Purchased to make a tap hole in a steel sink. Tried a couple of hole saws and they wouldn't touch it, took a gamble on this and it worked a treat. No idea how long it will last, but I only needed to make one hole so all good.

Cut my first hole in 2mm thick mild steel and it was perfect. I was very pleased. However the second hole was a disaster as the bolt thread was stripped bare by the time the hole was only 3/4 cut. I was unable to finish the hole and had to acquire a different hole cutter to finish the job. I sent the item back and have been refunded. I bought a similar cutter but only 16mm, and used this to cut several holes in the same sheet steel as the 22mm holes and had no problems.

I used the metal hole punch on 2 domestic consumer units. I had 18 holes to do in total. The first 10 or so holes were very easy to do, but the product then began to go blunt and was a lot of effort to do the rest. The quality of the holes was excellent and didn't get worse over time. This product will definitely do its intended job. However don't expect it to last forever.

I don't know how many uses this hole cutter will last. I only needed one tap hole (for now) but stainless steel destroys saw cutters, so this was perfect and no swarf to clean up!

Works perfectly, super quick and easy way to cut a hole in sheet steel.

Funkade som förväntat, använde den för att göra hål i ett rostfri golvbrunnslock, det man bör tänka på är att ha grejen du ska göra hål i väldigt fast förankrad, samt att det är en fördel att dra skruven med en hyfsat stark skruvdragare (mutterdragare), går givetvis att använda skiftnyckel, men då är risken att man skevar lite och böjer plåten, för då får du ta i lite(det går tungt)
