This was a great purchase! We have been making sourdough and the leftover start makes great pizza dough - and now we have this stone and paddle for the best at home pizza I’ve ever made! It’s been great to use, easy to clean and cooks the crust just perfectly!

Needs to be super hot before use, the paddle not so much. Difficult to get the pizza on to it, so ended up using a fish slice. End product perfect!

Great Christmas gift, easy to store and clean. It can be used for pizza and serving food so multifuncional which is a bonus, great value and looks great.

Great pizza stone but the paddle is too thick to use.

Good peel for moving your bread or pizza to the oven. Jus be careful to dust it with lots of either flour or semolina to guarantee a smooth transition. I would not recommend it for picking the pizza up or moving it on the stone. The edge is not thin enough. For moving or picking the pizza up from the oven, we use metal peels, which don't mind the heat and are much thinner so can get under the pizza. Be careful that the pizza must be partially baked, so the base must be hardened before you can either move it or pick it up.

Hard clean

Very good stone for pizza and pastry. Holds heat well in our combination oven and seems ok used in combination mode with low micro power. Easily scraped clean.
