Get this one!
There are a lot of options out there, and after buying 2 other ones and being disappointed this one was the winner! Your Za will slide off of this the easiest compared to alternatives, and it is a nice large size. I highly recommend this one for the price point!

Love it, but it's LONG!
I read the measurements when ordering this, so I knew what I was in for but I thought this one would be good since it was aluminum, with tapered edges and perforated to slide better. I recently bought a Cuisinart 3-in-1 gas grill, pizza oven and griddle and I needed a pizza peel to use the pizza oven properly. This was great, albeit a bit long... There were others with folding handles for storage but I want this one because it was thin and perforated to slide without having to use extra flour on the pizza stone because we're gluten free and I don't know how alternate flours react on a stone like that other than corn meal, and I don't have that on-hand very often. It worked fantastic, better than I could have hoped to insert and remove our pizzas! No extra flour necessary to help it slide between the pizza and the stone. It's long, but I was able to use it just fine with no danger of burning myself from getting too close to the oven. I was even able to snap the pics while using it because the balance is good and the weight is just right. I just wish it was a little bit shorter, or had some sort of swivel mechanism to take up less space. I've got it figured out in one of my bottom kitchen cabinets that are open all the way across inside, but it's not an ideal solution. I set it on top of a bunch of countertop appliances... If the handle folded along the paddle end I could put it up on it's side along side wall of the cabinet. Oh well.If you're tight on space, you may need to rethink this one because it is quite long but if you can make it work with your cabinetry or if you have a place to hang it out of the way, this is a great pizza peel... 5 Stars!

Strong and durable pizza peel but a super long handle for its size
This pizza peel is very well made. I have had other brands and types including ones made out of wood and other made out of metal. I have even tried one of the fabric sliding types with a melamine base. Of all the types I think the metal ones are the most durable and easy to use since its nice to be able to slide it under various surfaces to either put in a pizza or take one out. This one is very well made and the 12 inch size is great - small enough to use for smaller individual pizzas but also big enough to take on larger pies up to 14 or 15 inches. My only issue with it is the length of the handle. It’s nice to have a long handle to keep the heat away and if you have to reach in to a pizza oven or similiar BUT where do you store this thing? With it being 31 inches long, you cant store it in a standard kitchen cabinet from front ot back so Im storing it sideways right now which isn’t ideal. Maybe a folding or sliding handle would be better for storage? In any case, I like this peel and its my new favorite in terms of usage.

A Helpful Addition
This pizza peel is sturdy, and large enough for a 12” pizza. It needs a bit of assembly (the handle has to be attached), but the packaging included a little screwdriver and wrench, so no additional tools were needed. I had it assembled in under 5 minutes (just be mindful of which way you want the screws on the handle facing before you start - I chose to have the nuts facing the underside of the handle). It’s a larger item, so finding a spot for it in my kitchen was tricky at first, but I finally found the perfect out-of-the-way spot.Since we have pizza every Saturday night, this will be a helpful addition, and much easier than trying to use two regular spatulas to maneuver a pizza out of a hot oven (especially off a pizza stone).

Pizza Spatula is designed to remove Pizza from oven
This pizza spatula is easy to maneuver in my pizza oven. Lightweight, sturdy and easy to assemble. We tested this spatula several times on different types of pizza and sizes. This pizza spatula is designed with open slats at the bottom so that when your pizza is done and the crust is crispy it’s so quick and easy remove the pizza out of the oven using this spatula. Easy to clean.

Nice and long for super hot ovens or grills
The media could not be loaded. It took me years to learn that pizza sticks because the stone was not heated first. With this tool I can load a pizza onto a screaming hot pizza stone. This is a large one and the end is over 12” wide so if you have a pizza oven with a narrow opening, measure first. This has a really long handle which is great for extremely hot ovens or grills. The end is beveled to help get under the pizza. The perforations help it to stay cool and retain its shape. It is ergonomic to use and good quality.

Sturdy pizza peel
This pizza peel was way to assemble. It could be handy to disassemble for storage, but I preferred to keep it together. Thankfully I had a spot in my kitchen I could store it as assembled, but it is pretty long once the handle is attached. The fit and finish of the pizza peel is great and the slotted flat section of the peel should help the pizzas resist sticking.

Missing screws
It's functional, but they didn't come with screws to attach the padle to the handle
