So helpful for seniors or the vertically challenged.
These are so much help in my closet! I have scoliosis and have difficulty standing straight. I could not hang up my clothes because my closet bar was so high. This product is so simple to use. I was able to install it in a few minutes. Now I have the ability to hang up all my clothes and it makes me so happy! I have recommended these to other people and they have thanked me. I highly recommend these.

Simple to assemble and install. Adjustability is great
Worked well for situation I was trying to accommodate although adjusting height was a little more challenging due to plastic seats. It seems reasonably sturdy but will have to see if it remains so after putting hanging weight on it for several years.

Quality Product & Service
-It drives me crazy when I see people write bad reviews that they received a damaged product, but they did nothing about it. Really? How about a good old fashioned accident?Things leak, get damaged in the warehouse, in shipping, and sometimes it’s just human error…someone missed something out of the hundreds, if not thousands of pieces they packaged that day. Shame on them! (That’s sarcasm, folks.)-I have been using the snap type shelving products for decades in different types of storage applications and love them! You must get used to the snap clips, getting them level, banging the shelves off if you want to rearrange later, and so forth. These guys are solid! These hanging rods work the same way. Once you get the length you want, the weight of they clothes puts the tension on the rod and you have a sturdy organized closet! I have a semi-large closet, but I have a gazillion clothes, so the two pack was perfect for me at a great price.-I unpacked the box and started assembling the rods. One of the pieces had some minor damage. I’m a pretty handy chick and probably could have done something to make it work, but that wasn’t the point. It was brand new. I started a damage report with Amazon and it asked for you to send it back…well, no. Why would I do that for one little piece? That’s stupid.-I’ve bought PLENTY of things from Simple Houseware over the years…this is a one-off. If you go to Simple Houseware’s website, they give you their contact information! It’s as easy as that, folks! Late that night I sent them my Amazon information including: my order number, SKU number, name, address, and a picture of the part I needed. The next morning, I found an email apologizing for my inconvenience and telling me that a was a kit on the way including the piece I needed and other optional pieces that I could keep as spares or discard.-Great product…take the time to set it up and use it properly! Contact the company and ask if you don’t understand.-If you have a problem with a product (and you have ordered from a bona fide company), contact them and chances are they will be happy to help. If nothing else, ask Amazon for goodness sakes…Amazon helps with lots of things, but don’t just complain in a review and do nothing to help yourself. You deserve all the help you help yourself to get with kindness, of course.

not great if you want to store tall items below it, but otherwise does the job
I wanted an extra rack in my closet to put my free clothing hangers and some athletic wear. Above this rack I put sports tanks and bras (short garments).what I liked:- instructions are easy to understand; you can brute force it and refer to the instructions only when confused if you want- length is easy to adjust- height of the bar is relatively easy to adjustwhat I did not like:- height of the two vertical rods themselves is not adjustable- vertical rods don't lock into a parallel position, so it doesn't feel the most stable (one might be crooked)How I review:I weigh color/design/functionality the most for daily use items and things I will see every day. For this hanger, I cared most about functionality.5 - would repurchase and actively recommend4 - would repurchase, no complaints--> 3 - this was okay, would not repurchase2 - this was okay, kept because I don't want to find an alternative1 - this did not perform and I'd dissuade you from buying it

Works perfectly
Some comments I’ve read complained about how this made the top bar too short for shirts. As you can see in the photo, just hang pants on top and shirts on the bottom. I had to downsize living spaces, so my previous closet system was much larger and I had to do the same thing. Pants on top shirts on the bottom, because the whole system would be too tall the other way around. These bars are sturdy and well made at a pretty reasonable price. Very easy to put together and adjust.
