Bought for heart health and to improve my sleep quality. I did my research for the best magnesium supplements online as I've suspected a magnesium deficiency for some time, and this one came out on top. Made an immediate improvement to my sleep quality on night one. Good quantities of high quality ingredients. Well worth the cost if you ask me.

Good supplement which I have been buying on a subscription but it seems to be increasing in price and it’s now quite dear. I am going to shop around and see if I can get the same quality at a more affordable price.

After years of not sleeping mainly due to many night shifts and Fibromyalgia I was desperate for a solution. I would not sleep for three nights at a time then would eventually sleep through sheer exhaustion. I had read that Magnesium aids sleep and relaxes the body so thought I would give it a try. I learned that it is important to have the three types of Magnesium. I have been taking these pills for three weeks now and have never slept so well, I get off to sleep quicker and sleep through the night. I initially thought the price was a bit steep, you can get cheaper, but I would not change now as they work and a good nights sleep is worth a million. I have used the subscription which comes out a bit cheaper. I would check with pharmacist or GP that you can take this supplement as there may be interactions with some meds but I would highly recomment this product.

I like it, but it is expensive, so I am looking for a different brand.
