SMOTIVEPRO 12 pcs Brake Master Cylinder Bleeder Kit Professional Brake Bleeder Adapter Compatible with Most Brake Bleeder kit

This worked great on my 2016 Hyundai Santa Fe. I have the Motive Products Power Bleeder. I tried Motive's "Universal Adapter" without success. Instead of trying Motive's 3 prong adapter, I bought this. Like another reviewer, I bought some 1/4" clear tubing and some small hose clamps from Home Depot but I could not find a barbed style fitting which would made getting the tubing on easier. What worked was to soften the tubing with a heat gun and I was able to push the tubing onto a standard fitting. Once assembled and the cap in place, I got the pressure up to 10 lbs and that worked great. What's more is that the pressure held steady. Side note, the pressure gauge on the Motive had stopped working so I replaced it with one from Harbor Freight for $9.00

Quality looks great on the surface, fit was great on the reservoir, properly tightened down but as soon as pressure hose at 10psi was attached it began to spray break fluid where connector goes over the top swivel connector. Thing was leaking even at very low 2 psi pressure. After disassembly two rubber seals looked very thin for the job and could not hold much pressure I had to add some plumbing tape over top and bottom just to make it work, I also had limited time and never thought that product that looked well made would fail at the very basic level - holding a seal. I will say again - recommended pressure for my vesicle is 10-15 PSI and I never went over 10psi. If you get it be very careful putting it under pressure so you can spot the leak before it makes a mess. **** Update, seller reached out to me to address the issue and it was resolved.

The quality is substandard, failing to achieve a proper seal. At the connection points, joints, and the sealing areas on the top of the cover, leakage occurs under pressure.

I used this brake cylinder bleeder adapter, along with my Motive brake bleeder, to bleed the brakes on my daughter's 2018 CR-V. After twisting the adapter on the reservoir, the black wing nut is tightened down, to give a good seal. Of course a length of tubing will need to be clamped to the fitting, and the correct mpt fitting clamped to the other end of the tubing, to screw onto the fpt fitting, that is on the end of the hose attached to the Motive Brake Bleeder.

Don't bother trying to get those universal adapters to work. They're a pain. This one works great on my Honda Odyssey and Accord. Perfect and easy fit. Pressure holds great with the O-ring seal. Love that there are two O-rings. The quick release is meant for smotivepro.

Cap works fine for Subaru outback 2019 but it was missing the rubber seal which renders it useless since the system it works with is pressurized. I have used the brake flush kit several times, needed a new cap for my Subaru outback. the cap works fine, fits and screws on and clamps down. Problem is it is worthless without a seal? The rubber gasket seal is missing in the cap. I had to sacrifice a seal from another cap, and cut the diameter of the ID larger to fit this new cap and get the system to work.
