Makes a good pizza

bought it on a whim...and am using if to crisp the bottom of store bought pies...we all know the pies come in an aluminum pie shaped holder(and are never cooked enough)...i carefully turn it over onto this pan bottom up...i brush some egg whites or spray a little cooking stray on the bottom and then sprinkle some turbinado sugar on it... put it in the pre-heated air fryer or convection oven until it starts to crisp up...or,in the convection oven i`ll set it on broil(on broil,you have to keep your eye on it).....the bottom becomes crazy crisp and holds it crispeness in the fridge for as long as it takes you to finish it....you can also crisp the top when you turn it over right-side up in it`s aluminum pan(i do)....store bought pies are never fully cooked...they`re soft and doughy... this pan allows you to crisp the outside while heating this inside.. works very well...sturdy...easy to clean... if you`re going to eat,why not enjoy your food just the way you like it(in my case hot and crispy)?...

Sturdy but even with cooking spray food sticks

DO NOT BUY!!!! Ended up throwing it away, along with the pizza, after the first use because it became extremely discolored and we were worried about what it was leaching into our pizza.
