I recently bought a box of these air-activated heating pads, and they've been a game changer! These patches are a fantastic solution for anyone seeking quick and effective pain relief. The convenience of these heat pads is unmatched. They come in individual packets, making them portable and easy to use away from home. I spend a lot of time outside without access to electricity, so these are a huge win for me. The heat provided by these patches is perfect. Upon opening the package, the pads activate and start generating a soothing heat within minutes. It's a relaxing warmth, not too hot. One of the things I really like about these patches is their adhesive quality. Once applied, it stays securely in place, one hasn't fallen off yet. I was impressed by the long-lasting relief these patches offer. They continue to provide warmth for several hours, gradually easing the discomfort in my shoulder and lower back. Experienced a noticeable reduction in pain, enabling me to focus on my work. I think these are a great value for money.

I was using the heating patches from Cora but you don’t get very many for the price, so I went searching for something similar and found these. I use them mainly for cramps during that time of the month, but also for sore muscles after a long night at work. They work SO well, just as intended. Sometimes the stickiness is an issue as sometimes they stay in place and other times they fall off. But if they stays, they stay warm for 8 hours. I work 10 hour shifts so this is perfect! Plus you get much more for your money. I’ve recommended them to my fellow female friends too for cramps.

These are lifesavers for neck and back pain. They heat up quickly and stay in place, providing long-lasting relief without being too bulky. Great for when I am on the go and cannot use my heating pad for my neck and back pain. My only issue is, they don’t stick well if I am even slightly sweating and they could be a little bigger in coverage. That’s the only reason I don’t leave a 5 star review.

I bought these heat pads to get some relief of aches and pains. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the SunnyBay Adhesive Heat Patches. The individual patches are packaged well, the adhesive is powerful and long lasting. The heat is activated by the air, so the patch is warming up while you are positioning the patch where you need it. The pad is so comfortable, I almost forgot I was wearing it except my pain was reduced. Hours later when I removed the clothes the patch was attached to, I noticed the pad was still warm, and I had to pull it from the clothing. It wasn't going to fall off. I will continue buying this great product!

I order these every winter the past few years. I work construction and never know exactly where I’m going to end up plus I have lower back issues. These kill two birds with one stone. Great for cramps too. As long as they aren’t expired, I find these heating pads. Stay hot way longer than the time listed. I would say close to 24 hours You can get heat out of a pad.

Everything works well, but the heating is not as strong as I expected. Still decent, just not as hot as I had hoped.

These pads are a HUGE relief! I’ve been experiencing lower back pain and was using Tiger Balm, but can’t stand the strong smell of it. I never want to go out in public wearing Tiger Balm because of the distinct scent. So, I decided to give these pads a try. I love that they are 100% Natural and made in the USA. While comparing other similar products trying to decide which one to purchase I chose this one because of that. The pads come individually wrapped and are easy to use. Just tear open the wrapper, peel off the sticker on the back and applied it to my shirt. No mess, no fuss, and most importantly no strong odor like Tiger Balm. I can easily go out in public wearing this and no one would even know I had it on if I threw a jacket over my shirt. It’s a good size and the pad warmed up instantly. The heat lasted a long time and provided some much needed relief to my lower back. Also, after the pad stops working it’s great to be able to recycle it and use the powder on my plants. It’s reasonably priced and I feel I’m getting a lot of bang for my buck. Will definitely be buying more. Highly recommend!

Not good return them

These heat patches work very well. Easy instructions, warm up to a comfortable heat within 20 minutes and retain their heat for several hours. I would like these to be a bit more adhesive as I need them for my shoulder which is a very mobile area. However they do stay in place. I will purchase again !

These instantly give off heat and last a long time. I can put one of these on before I go to bed and it’ll still be warm in the morning. I would recommend these for a flat surface of your body but not a curvy area like a shoulder where you have more movement because they are a bit stiff which is why I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 rating.

I was hoping they would produce more heat.
