I officiate college lacrosse and after having kids, especially after a night of little sleep, I have used this before games to keep my focus on the game and give me the energy to complete the game with no crash after. It mixes very easy, it does have a strong taste, I usually mix with a chocolate protein shake and taste this more than the chocolate. At less than $1/serving it is a great value.

Flavor isn’t great and I didn’t really feel anything during my workout. Even tried two servings and still not really anything. Maybe good for focus like for the school day but not for working out.
