I used the plastic handles on my 1993 Nissan D21 pickup for year and they alway break off after about a year's of use.So I was so glad to learn that these metal versions were available!I just put them on so not sure how long the chrome will last, but at least the handle is metal and it feels much more secure than the plastic ones.
