This knife is BIG!!!... Came oiled and sharp. The sheath is very nice. Another quality GCS knife. Good bang for your bucks.

It is what it is... a cheap but well made knife
The clip point kind of has an unrefined slope to it, but it doesn't really detract from function. I won't feel bad about abusing the hell out of this thing, and fully expect it to hold up! The sheath is really well constructed, and is sturdy! *** Well after 6 months of basic use I am not impressed by the heat treat or quality of metal. This is not D2. Blade glints at drop of a hat. Glad I didn't spend more on it

Nice knife
This is a review for GCS Handmade MicartaHandle D2 Tool Steel fixed blade Hunting Knife with leather sheath Full tang blade designed for Hunting & EDC GCS 320 Brown I've been on a knife binge lately, and when I saw this one, I had to grab it. This knife is rather large, which is nice, because most of my knives are pretty small. This knife feels like it is well made, and is well balanced. The blade feels durable, and the handle is comfortable. The sheathe is made well enough, although it is a style of sheathe that I don't quite care for. Overall, I like this knife, and am pleased with it.

Just buy it
The knife itself is amazing for the price, I actually wear this every day now. The vertical belt loop broke on me a few times before I finally sat down and replaced all the stitching

Little rough around the edges
Big heavy knife , came slathered in oil and wrapped in cling film, so much had to wipe down with paper towels . Couldn’t tell handle was micarta until it dried out a little. The knife edge is paper slicing sharp but the grind was very uneven. Nicked on side of sharpening choil. The fuller was roughly done too. Not the best attention to detail. One section claims D2 steel another section says 15N20 and 1095 steel combo.

It’s awesome!
This thing reminds me of Rambo 😂 it’s so cool and sharpens up nicely! I love the sheath that it comes with, very sturdy. The weight is perfect, it’s definitely not a flimsy blade by any means.

Hopefully yours does not come with a bent tip.
Came with a bent tip even though the packing had a tip guard on it. Makes me think the tip was bent in production and was packed and ship this way. Maybe 60 bucks for a knife is too much to ask that QC look over before shipping.
