The Amazon Basics Whitening Anticavity Mouthwash (Fresh Mint, 16 fl oz) is a pleasant surprise! It leaves my mouth feeling clean and refreshed with a nice, crisp mint flavor that isn’t too harsh. I’ve noticed my teeth looking a bit brighter with regular use, and it helps fight bad breath really well. The bottle is a convenient size, and the price is much better than big-name brands while delivering similar results. Overall, a great everyday mouthwash that keeps my smile fresh and bright — definitely worth buying again!

Used to buy the target brand of this product... then they stopped selling it. I started making my "own" combo of flouride and hydrogen peroxide with mint flavor... but it was a pain, plus when hydrogen peroxide is exposed to light it begins to decompose, which is why it's always in dark containers... obviously moving it around mixing it affects it, not sure how much or how fast but at least some. ANYWAY, I finally came across this, which is the EXACT thing I was buying... already combined. I was ECSTATIC! The bottles are a bit smaller than I used to get at the big red dot store. I just have to buy more. The flavor is awesome, so fresh. Plus anti-flouride is important to me. And finally hydrogen peroxide not only whitens, but keeps my mouth free from some bacteria, keeps me free from cold sores, canker sores, etc... The "foaming" means it's working! Celebrate the foaming! So glad I found this again, only 1 small cavity in my youth, and that was 40 yrs ago! My kids had one small cavity when they were young, put them on this after I knew they wouldn't swallow it, and haven't had a cavity since! My father used to swish plain ole hydrogen peroxide and he had the whitest teeth I ever saw! Real White Teeth! I'd rather have a mint kick to it, so I'll stick to this.

I have been using for a few days now and wanted to address the taste and foaminess. By using the bottle cap and only pouring up to the second line at the bottom, the foam you get from swishing does not overtake your mouth. For me the foaminess is a sign that it's doing the job of freshening and whitening, but that's just my opinion. It is minty, but to my tastebuds . . . the baking soda makes it a little flat tasting. For many moons, I have been using a Baking Soda toothpaste and tastes very good (doesn't foam). I will continue to use Amazon Basics mouthwash as it doesn't bother me because I know what I'm tasting, I'm okay with it, and the foam. I may post later about adding this mouthwash to help whiten my teeth a little bit more than just by using the toothpaste. For that first use, don't take a big swig. Less is more and you can always adjust how much you need.

Works as well as any name brand mouthwash at a great price. No burning feeling, just feels clean and is definitely whitens your teeth.

It's clear, becomes a foaming agent, contains the important trifecta: sodium fluoride, alcohol 8%, hydrogen peroxide. Just a sip, let foam, swish and spit, brush—squeaky clean.

Not a good taste it froths up like straight up peroxide.sure enough I looked and it does have peroxide .it's sort of minty.prob better off with brand act .I used it once and it is hard to leave in mouth for 30 min before drinking out or drinking water wouldn't buy it again but will try to use it up .cheap price equals cheap product I guess

Gets the job and its flavor is gentle. It’s not overly minty.

my go to mouth wash, and has a nice minty flavor! not harsh like alcohol based ones.
