Bought this Blaupunkt Moksha on a whim because of previous good experience with blaupunkt products like my small but superb bluetooth speaker.It’s been only a few days of use and already i like the audio clarity and quality.Pros:Audio quality matches my airpods and jbl sound quality. So far no issues.Fit is good, make sure you have the correct ear gels for a snug fit.Connects easily with my iphoneBattery lasts long.Value for money!Design is very cute and handyCons:ANC is non existent except if you are already in a quiet room. But personally i do not need ANC and prefer ambient sound to know what is going on around me.Touch controls can be a bit tricky to get used to.Update after using for 6 weeks:Sound quality is very good, matches that of expensive earbuds. Battery life is impressive at the price point. No issues with connecting, disconnecting. I don’t use the touch controls much except for volume up and down, which works fine. Calls are clear. Wish there was an app for sound equalising when needed but not a major drawback. Overall a good buy if you are looking for surprisingly good sound quality at low price 😄

It was a good product with reasonable bass. However after use of nearly 10 months one of the earpiece was not working. Tried all the hack available on you tube but of no use. Finally wrote to customer care (no telephone only thru what's app). They were very slow in responding and told me to bring the product to service centre nearly 30km away ( given it was under warranty). Could not muster that courage and as a result have contributed to e waste. They need to improve customer service.

I've been using this product since 2 weeks.Pros:Crisp and clear sound. The music does not get distorted even at 100% volume.Very good build quality of the earpods.Very good battery backup. I've charged the case only once in 2 weeks.Listening to music for long time doesn't hurt the ears.Another good feature is that you you control volume also with the touch control of the earpods.Very decent noise cancelation.Call quality is really good when noise cancelation is turned on.It connects to your mobile as soon as you take the earpods out of the case.Cons:In my product, when the noise cancelation is turned on, there is a hissing sound in the left earpod. Not sure if this is a product specific issue.Call quality is not that great while noise cancelation is Off.Build quality of the cap of the case is a little brittle.Touch control is not very responsive.Fit of the right earpbud is not as great as the left earbud.To sum everything up, if you are looking for an earphones in a budget with noise cancelation, listen to music, attend calls, you can blindly go for this.Customer service is also good. Shweta Singh from blaupunkt had called to take a feedback about the earpods.

***UPDATE AFTER USING IT FOR 3 WEEKS FOR A TOTAL OF 5 HOURS***Left side ear piece doesn't charge anymore, this is just after using it for a total of about 5 hours. Didn't expect this from Blaupunkt. If i have to get it repaired, i have to send it to their service center via courier which is outside of Bengaluru City 🤦. Good product but this issues makes me think, just 3 weeks old and it already has issue.I won't cover anything about battery as I haven't tested, ANC i have no prior experience.But, 1999 for this is a great price. The sound quality has been tuned towards bass however the vocals and treble are well accomodated. Although the tuning is towards bass, the bass itself is tuned to be softer side which doesn't bother your ears after a long listening session.Most importantly, the sound quality sounds like a wired headset and not muffled unlike few other in comparison.I tested it for a total of 10k running, it snuggly fits until the ear canal starts sweating. After that you need to adjust it at least once in a kilometer. Traffic sound is almost nill with full volume with ANC on but you will hear lound horn and truk tire sound. Overal, it manages to keep your listening 90% away from the traffic which is good. Touch sensitivity is good and does what it is supposed to do.Overall, good quality headset and if you like bass then this is the one but don't expect it to shake your ears but a well tuned bass enough to improve the overal listening experience.

Hardly 15-20hrs with 50% volume or less2. Not comfortable for more than 2hrs. Ears pain a lot3. Doubt on durability of both case and ear buds4. ANC is comedy. external sound is same as with & without ANC on5. Bass lovers, stay away.6. Not worth of ₹2k. Should be place around ₹1.5k or less.7. Can connect with only one device

While purchasing the products after two month the product btw07 facing a mic issue and left side speaker was not working. Then i contacted the service centre and they repaired the product. Again the product was complaint after 6month then again i contacted and they replaced with new product.After the warranty period i think 1.5 year again the product has same isssues bufffing sound and mic not working. Then i contacted the service centre there is no replay from Blaupunkt. Finally continuesly tryed then they told me almost 1000rupees need to pay for repairng cost. Actually the new product has only 2300 rupees almost 50% amount again to pay to Blaupunkt. Which is not worth. And there is no guarantee after 2 month the same complaint again affected.Moreover me told that pls send the falty product to me. They told me sure within next day will share the courier details to me.Unfortunately till now the details not get from the Blaupunkt team.So im not satisfied with their service.
