Nice clock. Quiet
Very cute and quiet. My husband doesn’t like to hear a clock ticking at night and he hasn’t complained about this one. You can kind of hear it when the house is silent, but it’s so faint it’s not bothersome.

Wall clocks that "tick" drive me crazy. I don't know why or how it never occurred to me to look for a silent wall clock, but what a pleasure it was to find this clock. I am so glad that a simple and functional item was offered in a timeless, classic color option: black and gold. It is beautiful and runs so smooth! I love that the "second hand" moves continuously rather than silent ticking. I also noticed a big difference between this clock and another clock that does NOT have the "inner circle" inside the number area - this clock with the "inner circle" feels more comfortable to read. The 10" clock is perfect for the average room, unless you live in a roomier space. I wish this exact design came in more colors!

Looks cheap
Right out of the box, I thought this looked nice, but once I put it on the wall, the gold looked cheap, yellow, and brassy. Not what I was going for.
