I absolutely love anything truffle and have been searching for a good truffle powder since I tried the Truffle Guys signature truffle dust. This is better value (£9.99 for 65g vs £12.95 for 45g) and I actually prefer it, it has a stronger taste. My ONLY criticism is the holes are large so a lot comes out at once.

Love this. Tried it in a restaurant recently and had to have it to use in recipes at home. Absolutely delicious, you only need a tiny bit, and great value compared to other brands. Only slight negative is the top isn’t completely airtight, I can still smell it when closed. I have it sealed in a bag in the cupboard in case the smell transfers to other food.

I just wanted to try it cos I heard it adds flavour and maybe has health benefits. But il be honest the taste isnt all that... its not bad (unless you sprinkle too much) buts its not a 'wow' either. Wouldn't replace my black pepper. Used it on eggs and gives a unique earthy flavour. The smell isnt as overpowering as other reviews as mentioned. Just keep it inside a cupboard.

This is a very fine powder, and is great for sprinkling on steak and chips. Definitely tastes like truffles, but does stink the cupboard out a bit, which is OK as I like the smell.
