Cómo puse en el título, extra: si tienes depresión moderada o sufres de estrés muy alto o crónico vas a ver los resultados, es algo que ya está muy estudiado y comprobado en estos casos, pero si es MUY MUY específico su uso para ver su efectividad, si estás en una situación cómo la que te describo será tu solución, obviamente tienes que ir con los profesionales pero es un excelente SALVAVIDAS sin efectos secundarios, tengo un familiar que lo consume desde hace meses y el cambio es tanto que parece magia, si crees que por hacer ejercicio o tener actividad física te va a ayudar ni las consumas, no va a hacerte mayor efecto que unas vitaminas

This stuff works. I bought it as a recommendation from my doctor to help with ADHD. I didn't know what to expect, so like most supplements, I took it at bedtime to minimize side effects. Bad mistake. It works well, but the energy will keep you up. Worth the money, no weird taste, and it does the job.

After taking these for a few months, I feel they’re are a good quality and I do think they are effective in changing my mood for the better. I feel more even-keeled and able to regulate. There is no bad taste to battle and they are easy to swallow. (Amazon is prompting me to write about “pain relief” which I have not noticed any… I’m not sure they are even meant to relieve pain.)
