This spray, applied before deodorant, helps with the tender areas of the armpit that can chaff. Helps with reactions to deoderant as well. Can be sprayed then rubbed into aching joints as well.

This stuff works. If you need a little magnesium boost, go ahead and spray this on. I found that I liked it best on my feet, belly, and legs. Unless they are freshly shaved- then it can sting a little, so keep that in mind. I have used it successfully as a deodorant. Magnesium is great as a deodorant and i see more and more formulations using magnesium in them. I often take a couple of magnesium pills at night and then use the spray in the morning. A couple of times that I used the spray and took the pills at the same time, I found that I had hit the upper end of my threshold for magnesium for that short time. No fun having to get up in the night to use the bathroom. Other than that, this is a wonderful way to reap the benefits of magnesium. I also buy their flakes and take baths, ir soak my feet, and sometimes make my own magnesium spray (so save the bottle) By the way, it is not an Oil, so no worries on it feeling like anything other than a watery mist. It dries fully, and dries clear. Though for some they may notice some fine white specks. Just brush them off!

Overall I’d really love to give this product five stars it takes away my leg pains just as well as any other topical pain relief cream and quite honestly it prevents me from taking any Tylenol or ibuprofen more often than not. The main reason I decided to try this product is because it’s a lot safer and I feel way more comfortable using it! That being said Unfortunately every single time I use the product I get a tingly, itchy type burning sensation, nothing too intense to the point that I would stop using it, it’s just that I’ve tried a lot of things and can’t seem to stop that from happening anytime I use it! I’ve tried applying coconut oil first to the area where I use the spray, I’ve tried mixing it with unscented lotion, I’ve also tried just spraying it to a damp cloth and applying the cloth to the area, I just still get that feeling unfortunately! ***UPDATE*** I learned the tingly, burning, itching feeling comes from being low in magnesium. If you are not alone, magnesium, this does not occur!! Take a really good well research supplement for a while first before you buy the spray or simply only apply it to the bottoms of your feet, and this will not happen to you.

If you get cramps in the middle of the night, this stops it completely.

A lot of the reviews are those using this before sleep. I use it for post-workout, on days I'm sore. I also use it pre-workout, on days I'm sore from a previous day workout. I put it on about 20-30 minutes before and it takes the edge off my sore muscles. I have used it on my feet, for the times they've been sore and was surprised it helped. I have not had any issue with itching and/or pain from it. I spray it on, rub it in. It absorbs right away; no greasy feeling so (for me) no need to wash off after applying.

Should this sting? I feel like I just put acid on my legs.

This stuff is game changer! I suffer from severe leg cramps, my fault because I don’t drink enough water, but two sprays of this, and my cramps are instantly gone. My friend has uncontrollable hand contractures. Her hand literally has to be pried open. I gave some of this to her to see if it would help, and her hand released and opened up. This is truly a miracle drug.

Effective and calming. I fall asleep much faster when I use this.

Ho comprato quest'olio per rilassare i muscoli mettendolo nell'acqua del bagno, senza troppe aspettative. Di solito, a meno di sorprese, non lascio recensioni. In questo caso non posso esimermi. Ieri notte dopo una giornata stressante e faticosa mi sono svegliata con crampi fortissimi ad entrambe le gambe, mi sono ricordata di quest'olio e l'ho spruzzato alle gambe massaggiando fino ad assorbimento. Una cosa pazzesca e' successa, dopo una 30ina di secondi non avevo piu' dolore, normalmente quando mi capitano crampi cosi' dolorosi devo aspettare a lungo e mettermi in piedi perche' passi il dolore.
