I've been taking these vitamins for a few years now. I initially bought them in Whole Foods because I was looking for a good multi-V and the person working there recommended New Chapter. So I bought the multivitamins and these in addition to Carlson's vitamin D drops. I have a stressful work environment so I wanted some B vitamins for immune support and these are amazing. I haven't had any issues with them. They are a little more than some other brands, but they are worth the money. If you think about it, you're putting this into your body. Isn't it worth spending a little money for good quality?

I take other New Chapter products and am very pleased. Decided to try the B for energy and mental clarity. I’ve seen a little improvement in mood which is a welcome surprise. The biggest surprise is some relief of my joint and nerve pain. I have profound disc damage and the nerves and muscles in my back and neck are on overtime. This has helped with muscle fatigue in those areas. Wasn’t expecting that.

The tablets are very easy to swallow, don’t get stuck in my throat. There’s a bit of an aftertaste for a quick second that a nice glass of water quickly removes. I love them!

I can't tell you what all vitamin B complex is supposed to do for you. But I can tell you a bottle of this was given to me when a loved one realized I was experiencing A LOT of anxiety and worry. I started taking it and the difference was incredible. I love this product simply because it made a world of difference for me. My mood has improved and my anxiety has absolutely dropped.

So I got this because it was claimed that it was good for stress and also grey hairs. I have now been taking it for over 3 months. I am honestly unsure if this supplement is actually doing anything by me. I am not seeing results or improvement in hair situation, and I am not really feeling anything regarding stress, however I feel hopeful. I know that the ingredients are very good, and come from a great source. I will continue to take these and hope that it will offer some hidden benefits for my body. Thank you.

Additionally, I am convinced that the biotin in this vitamin has not only stopped hair loss, but my hairdresser said that age 55, I have a lot of baby hair coming in. Quality vitamin, I like it, but hard for me to swallow.

I would not pay attention to my ratings on easy to swallow. I hate taking pills and have to crush mine and put them in my protein shakes. The flavor is not great....If you are feeling sluggish and/or have issues with mental clarity, you should take this vitamin. After a day, I felt the affects.
