Good quality organic barley flour with a fresh aroma and fine texture. It blends well in rotis and multigrain mixes, and feels light and healthy. Nicely packed to retain freshness. A healthy addition to the kitchen.

Quality wise I don’t have any complaint for this product, it is reasonably good. The only aspect that caught my attention was a “Particular Religious Certification” that this product carries. Amazon can create 2 categories of this product i.e. one with the “Religious Certification” and other in “General”. When the “Particular Religious Certification” has nothing to do with many consumers like me, why should I pay for the certification cost which is part of the product cost.
