My mum and aunt love cross stitching. They both have a huge collection and finding something they don't already have is hard. This made for a unique gift for both as they are so hard to buy for! They ended up late because of the postal services but the joy on their faces when they saw it personalised was so worth any wait or money. The customer service was exemplary in helping me deal with the late parcels. Definitely worth it and something I would consider buying as gifts again.

I was very keen to get this project underway and was reasonably pleased with the price and delivery. The threads however were not the best quality but worse was the translation of the colours. The sky was an altogether different colour and the skin tones way way off. Ridiculously so. It should have depicted my 3 lightly tanned grandchildren but soon became clear the skin tones resembled very heavily dark skin. In principle a great idea, in practice a disaster.

It didn't turn up in time (this one was to be a gift) and the seller ended up giving me a full refund, so 5 stars for the seller.Kit looks good. My only real criticism is that it is on a large canvas (11 count) so comes up huge. I would much prefer a choice of canvas size (I prefer to work on a maximum of 14 count). The obvious solution is to just work counted cross stitch from the chart, on my own, smaller, canvas. Perhaps they could offer it as just chart and threads for a lower price? The threads aren't the best of quality but will do the job.Anyway, I intend to order some more kits but will order them well ahead of when they are needed to ensure I get them in time.

I agree with the other comment of Disappointed. Mine was a photo of a Black and White cat. The colours are browns , greys , blues, orange and a small amount of Black ?the white is half white half pink ?? This was for a friend who'd just lost her cat . Very very disappointed.

I was so excited to do this! However the colours were not correct and seemed odd as in the picture I sent you can clearly see the colour should be white for some areas. However according to them it is bright pink … very disappointing
