Those are the kind of balls you want to squeeze to alleviate stress. The 3 firmness levels are good, but I’ll admit, almost imperceptible.

Actually bought these for my mum who has arthritis in her hands. Great for keeping movement of the hands. Like that they come in three different firmness so you can choose which one is best for you. Would recommend
