Do to poor engineering and possible manufacturing defect after one hour of ...
In one word it’s a beast!! I will definitely give it five stars but customer service leaves a lot to be desired! Had a problem with the steering cables and ordered a new one from the manufacturer! Do to poor engineering and possible manufacturing defect after one hour of use cable failed and the other cable we noticed started fraying! The customer service shipped the wrong part and I requested overnight express due to time constraints on project and received the parts seven days later! Then I requested again the correct replacement part to be shipped overnight express and again had to wait seven more days after expressing my frustration to the customer service technician and how I needed it right away! I called the technician and never received a call back after leaving messages! Even though there was not a visible expense a two week delay is unexcept able product itself has been working as a champ and we did nick name it the beast Because of it’s ability to carry a load over all terrains! Only limitation I see to this product is the operator and loader! The beast was easy to operate and handled all we asked of it and more! It was faster than we could possibly walk , great in tight places and turned sharp corners! It was a lot quieter than I expected! It was quieter than a lawn mower to the surprise of some grateful neighbors! Hopefully we won’t encounter a problem with the cable again! I almost fear we should of ordered some spare steering cables so that we don’t encounter that problem again!

Not Female Friendly
This is potentially a really good idea. The bars on the handle are such that smaller hands have a very difficult time grabbing to make it turn. That is the first and foremost problematic issue. The second is the gears are really hard to switch. This has been an issue from the get go. Reverse, neutral, and are so close that it is difficult to know where the gear is gonna be when you start going. I have ground those gears several times as there is NO clutch action. IF you get it in gear, turning it takes two hands to hold the one handle to make it 'go', and because I do have smaller hands, I need to take the other hand to hold the lever to make it turn. This has been a problem from the get-go. I did contact the company. Once i was disconnected. Once the person on the other end of a call back spoke such broken english, he was very difficult to understand, and didn't convey any helpful information. I did not persist. The best thing is if you are going in a straight line, it is self-propelled and very easy to walk behind with a really heavy load of rock. Really easy to dump the load. Good in tight spaces. No, I probably would not buy this product again.

A real back saver!
Purchased Power Wheel Barrow to haul logs around my property. Delivered ahead of scheduled date, but arrived with all four tires flat. Yardmax replaced all tubes, tires AND wheels for free in a timely manner. Fairly easy to assemble, although stated bolt sizes in instructions (17mm, 18mm) did not always match actual bolt sizes delivered, but no big deal. As noted in other reviews, it is initially fairly hard to shift gears, and finding the right gear is proving somewhat difficult. The Briggs and Stratton engine has started with one pull every time I’ve used the machine. Have had it 4 weeks and it is definitely a back saver! However, bolts have started dropping from the machine. I have not located the source yet, but I would recommended tightening down all fasteners already installed before operating. Also, check the tire pressure before using it the first time and occasionally thereafter. Important to know that item is NOT returnable once you put oil and gas into it, even if you drain out all fluids. Am I glad I bought it? Definitely!

a few things
** update 1/17/20: after only 4-5 uses, on grass, 2 of the tires have gone flat and just about disintegrated, like the valves are falling off. And that's probably the lightest use for the machine from all users. Manufacturer does not show spare wheels / tires on their site and neither does Amazon. What a junk Cons: 1) whoever designed this, where the handles attach to the bottom / body it is absolutely nearly impossible to hold and screw the bolts on, basically there are multiple impeding parts in the way so had to be very creative with many different tools 2) tools that come with it are really not for the assembly bolts, so why bother including.. I had my own, but buyers beware, make sure you have complete tool kit as you won't get any help from this package 3) Not sure why the elaborate wooden crate that took forever to take apart and a mess, and not sure why they can't just ship the thing readily assembled 4) I bought the thing because of being 4x4 and seeing those all terrain tires. Less then 2" of snow on my property and this barely moved through, I had to push and pull it around to make it. I wouldn't count on it too much through mud, snow, etc.. 5) gears.. it's almost 2020 and they couldn't get the gears on this right - you have to fiddle around and maybe on the 5th try it finally goes into desired gear Pros: 1) only good thing, engine started right away and seems to run good
