Appearance of the dispenser is excellent. The finish appears to be durable and long lasting. It being stainless is the major factor in that.As far as its functioning I noticed one thing upon filling and testing it that is probably indicative of the quality of the pump. Many such pumps take forever to start working the first time you fill them. The pump in this dispenser began pumping soap as soon as it was placed into the dispenser with soap in it. I mean it started working on nearly the first pump. It gives me the feeling it will last for a while rather than fail after the return period is up.Overall, it was shipped well by Amazon, packaged well, looks good, functions perfectly. What else could I ask other than it hang in there for a long time. The latter will take time to know but confidence is high in this case.

I love this. I got it for my bathroom after all the ceramic fragile one kept breaking. It's very nice, stainless steel so no worrying about it breaking. I put it on a wood vanity tray and it looks wonderful! Very great quality and the money wasn't bad either. It is kinda heavy but for me I like that! Very big and holds alot of soap so I don't have to refill much at all. It is so easy to use, just one pump is enough to wash your hands! No stickiness at all, the matte black goes perfect with my bathroom!

I received a defective dispenser that had a hole in the bottom of it. I didn't see it until after it had been filled and sat for a few days. It leaked out and rusted the edge of the bottom of the dispenser where it leaked. They are sending a replacement. I purchased 2 as we have dual sinks. The other one is fine, no hole or rusting so far on it.

Even though it only holds 8.5 oz, it looks great in kitchen and easy pump!!!!I love the dial sh liquid soap dispenser!Also very sturdy yet not heavy.You will love! 🩷

The design is great with the exact look I wanted. However, the spout on the pump started rusting after only two weeks. It has only gotten worse now that I've had it a month. This is obviously not stainless steel. Pretty soon it will be useless and I will have to buy something else.

Looks clean and tidy, easy to refill…

This pump bottle works very nicely and holds the dish soap in my kitchen. I had been buying plastic containers with soap, but the soap I like doesn't come in a pump bottle, and eventually the plastic ones wear out. The only feature I would have liked this one to include is a window on the side showing how much soap is left. Overall, I'm really happy with it and love how it looks in my kitchen.

I really like the style of this dispenser, and the black color is perfect for my new kitchen sink faucet. However, the first week of use, I kept having to wipe up soap around the dispenser base. I thought the soap was dripping from the "spout" or we were using it sloppily. After a few weeks of wiping up soap, I realized the dispenser is faulty. I moved it away from the counter, set it on a paper towel, moved it several times on the same paper towel, and the leakage was confirmed. I am returning it. Will purchase from some other vendor, as I cannot trust another one won't do the same thing. Too bad.
