Excellent but be careful how to use it
Excellent to warm/boil milk, tea, coffee but make sure to 1- pour the milk/tea/water before heating it up otherwise it will break; 2- do not use thickener (starch,creamer) because it will break. I clean it in dishwasher every now and then but better manually.

Broke in half after a month use while washing it in the sink. Fragile.

The product was mis advertised! It is not meant for heating / it broke in two first time I tried to heat water!
