I got this to get more protein. I use fruit juice, and it makes awesome jelly. I usually mix two tablespoons in cold water. I let it sit for about half an hour, then microwave it for half a minute. I just stir this into about a pint of juice. I also soak two tablespoons of chia seeds for about half an hour, then I mix them in. Let it set for a few hours. It's a great snack or dessert.I really like this beef gelatin. It doesn't taste or smell like anything, and you only need a couple of spoonfuls. It dissolves fine for me; just make sure you use enough water. Thirty seconds in the microwave is all it takes to melt it.

This product does work. I make marshmallows. And using this gelatine my marshmallows are delicious.

I read that gelatine is good for joints, now i am having gelatine in my hot chocolate made with raw cacao and ripen banana with cardamom, cloves and ginger powders in almond milk. I know it sounds weird for some but it is really tasty. You can find recipe online and spices are my own preference. Hopefully it will help my joints too as well as hair and nails 😊.This gelatine is simply perfect for my hot chocolate!
