It does what it says, you use the applicator brush to brush on a thin coating (not too much or the wrapper can get soggy), then gently press together to let it set, then let it dry for a few minutes. I got a little over a year out of a bottle, using it about once, sometimes twice a week. Holding one star for: - Over time, the glue starts to thicken like mucous as the moisture evaporates when it's open. I noticed it within a few months, and by month 9 I had to add a few drops of distilled water to return it to its original thickness. By month 12, the remaining quarter bottle was beyond recovery. - Perhaps due to my brushing style--trying to slip the brush between the cigar and the loose leaf--the brush became very spread out in all directions, making it difficult to apply the glue precisely without hitting the delicate leaf. In hindsight I should have rinsed it off and straightened it out.

Great invention!!! love this product it works so well, I repaired a OpusX and a few other top notch cigars that over time the wrappers became undone and this product really works so well, it left no smell no taste and did the job, I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Is OK, when I lite up the cigar a few days later the repaired area was still sticky

The cost of this simple product is easily justifiable with the number of cigars saved. Wrappers separating, small holes, gaps in seams are all repairable with this product saving the cost of a cigar that may have otherwise been lost.
