Suggestion, add extra honey and the bitterness differently calms down enough to enjoy. A great tea consumption to enjoy.. Peaceful sleep and calm. Just what I was looking for.

The packaging is a good quality. It is bitter. I boiled it with thyme and tastes bitter which I like. No major change observed in four days use. It helps my fasting regimen. Helps to avoid hunger. I like it.
