Psyllium husk is much better than psyllium powder to use in yogurt, much less likely to get stuck in throat and esophagus. Amazon has it at a good price and now I do not buy it from Indian grocery stores.

I love this stuff. It's the most effective thing I've ever used for constipation, bloating etc. It flattens your stomach out, which is great!!
