I bought these vitamins because my eczema was bad and I was desparate.I don't think it helped with my skin but my nails are the longest and strongest they have ever been. I have struggled with thin brittle nails and I can't believe how long they have grown without breakingThey're also the tastiest vitamins I've ever taken! I look forward to taking them every day

I have had these for a while now they used to be gummy strawberry hearts and were pleasant to take they are now gummy bears with different texture and taste, they are not nice wouldn't buy again.

I've bought more expensive vitamins before and they've done way less than these! My hair has been growing a lot quicker and thicker. My nails aren't growing much faster, but that may be down to idle picking at them, but they are growing stronger.There's not a strong taste to them, they do taste a bit watered down, but if they work, then does it really matter?
