I don't know who will enjoy this more -- the chuckling grandchildren or the grannies with a sense of humor, but there is something here for either or both. Beautiful graphics and the photos are hilarious and kind. Good on anybody's coffee table. I recommend both these volumes highly

Great illustrations and wonderful pictures
Lovely book for the ones with a great sense of humor and creativity. The author did a great job in the illustrations and also with the pictures.

Enough Grannies for every taste!
I got the book for my sister, who (of course) loved it. Actually, its two books with one full of photography and the other full of illustrations. I liked the illustrations better...the photography evoked the negative side of aging IMHO. But my sister loved both...so there you go. Definitely fun!

Un libro davvero unico nel suo genero. La capacità di Tim Walker di lavorare sull'immagine e l'immaginario è notevole e in questo caso riesce pienamente nell'obbiettivo. Nonne eleganti e piene di fascino come mai erano state viste prima. Il secondo volume del cofanetto presenta delle graziose, ma a mio parere inutili, illustrazioni di lawrence Mynott.
