It’s a wall anchor. Don’t overload them you’ll be fine.

They work well
I bought these to use while hanging my son's paintings. Since they are heavier than regular pictures, I needed something that would provide some added stability.

The best design for wall anchors
These have a flanged "head" so they don't get pushed through and fall down into the wall like tubular anchors. These also have ribs that bite into the sheetrock to keep them from spinning uselessly while you're trying to turn the screw in, unlike conical anchors. They're good for sheetrock hollow wall installations and masonry installations when used for a shear (side) load.

Works On A Stucco Wall
I used these 1-1/4 anchors with number 10 sheet metal screws on 1/2 inch conduit hangers on a stucco wall. The anchors worked perfect and give the screws a tight fit. I pre predrilled the holes at a one quarter inch diameter. To verify I drilled a hole in a scrap piece of wood and tested the anchor so I would not have to deal with patching stucco in case the hole was not the correct size.I used fifteen of the anchors for this mini project and all went into the hole with a few taps of a hammer. No stucco was damaged.

Only 1 1/8" long
Despite the Amazon and box descriptions saying these are 1 1/4" long, in fact they are only 1 1/8" long. Also, on the flimsy side for hollow wall anchors.

perfect fit
These anchors seem to hold very well.
