Very tasty! Clean keto food. As with all nuts though, you got to watch the total calories. I could eat the whole jar in a couple of hours. I used for making some walnut butter and jam (sugar free of course) sandwiches (on a low net carb bread). Excellent with a cup of coffee.

This is the only walnut butter I have tried. I love peanut butter but was looking for a healthier alternative. It a very small jar and not very tasty. Texture was good.
