This is a very thorough book. The book opens by listing the positives of a container home. Then we get into permits you will need to build to code and safety standards. The author also teaches the reader how to get electricity, plumbing, phone, internet, etc. The author covers the various foundations you can use. He really thinks of everything. After reading we feel like we can trust the author because he has experience in the field (over 10 years) and hundreds of satisfied clients. So, he can really back up what he is educating about with real world experience. The book had illustrations, plans, interior and exterior designs, etc. I found that very helpful to get my creativity flowing.

First of all, there is no way this book was written by "Frank Live", if that's even a real person... The writing is so ungrammatical, so full of mistakes and poor choice of words that it is impossible that a native English speaker could have written this book (read his bio, supposedly he is from New York). There are entire paragraphs that make zero sense because the author clearly doesn't have a good command of the language. The book is already short at barely 100 pages, but many pages contain repeated information by simply changing the word order in every sentence. My opinion is that this book was hastily put together by a non-expert, who barely speaks English, by having collected some vague information about shipping container homes from the Internet because some algorithm suggested that there is demand for this type of content. I'm upset and I'm sending the book back! I wish we could go back to the days when a publisher had to review and edit a book before it got published. It is appalling what people call a "book" these days just because words get printed on a few sheets of paper! Do not buy this book, it's worthless.
