great item it was tricks to get it on but once it’s on, you have to use a pen to make sure it’s all the way on. after that it’s just great. lighter swing weight and smaller bat.

I struggled for a half hour to get it on kid’s bat. Not sure if it’s wider at the bottom than most, or I’m just bad at this type of thing. Tried dish soap, getting it warm in hot water first, prying it with a screwdriver. No dice. Eventually tried another approach. Setting it on the concrete ground and pushing the bat into it. It popped out and shot away the first few times but eventually that worked. Soap probably helped. It may also have helped that I slit one side down a bit, but I’m not sure, and no idea what effect that will have long term.
