It is a small 3 dimensional flower, the spiral cut, helps in shaping the end result. You can't put this on a card, to mail, but you sure can decorate with it! I noticed there were no clear instructions, so I'll share this, use a toothpick, and starting from the outer piece, wrap and roll it toward the center. Once you have it curled in the right direction. you won't have a lot of trouble gluing it to the center. the starting point of the roll, is the center of the flower. If I can do it, and I have low vision, you shouldn't have any trouble. If you're going to emboss the "flower, I'd do it after the flower is put together, then dip the ends, do the embossing powder, there should be enough of a base to clamp onto so you won't get burned. If I can get my camera to aim right, I will try to do a video.

Wished they could have been bigger

I cut some paper with these dies, and they are very sharp. Great definition. However, there are no instructions to create flowers with them, so l will have to get online and find how to use them. Many dies are straightforward, but these are more complicated. Should have included instructions.
