Very very good
Okay here’s my review. I got these two days ago and I tried my first ever package. Cooked as directed to do didn’t add anything and I have to say, my first bite the noodles where cooked for 4 mins and the texture was perfect the sauce that you get was that kick of or tingly spicy yes you get that. Not like hot omg kind but spicy. The more you eat the spicy does get a little more but not overwhelming just right. The noodles they give in the packets is enough but I like a little extra but this will do. My overall review is I love it great taste very good noodles and the sauce is perfect I will order more because it is really good. Yummy yum 😋

Really Delicious
I ordered 3 flavors and tried the Sesame Miso first. It was so good, I added green beans and a bit of butter after the noodles were cooked, in addition to the sauce. It was so good. I wish I could buy the sauce separately to use in larger quantities of stir fry. The noodles were perfect and the sauce is amazing. Highly recommended.

Not life changing spectacular, but definitely good
The portion seemed a bit more generous than other brands, so I checked. There’s about 11% more noodles in the Momofuku packet than in my supermarket brands. It’s a little odd because it feels like Momofuku makes at least twice as much per packet than the standard ramen noodles. The noodles apparently aren’t fried during production so they’re not identical to common ramen. These have a certain chewiness that’s pleasant but hard to describe. In any case, the noodles have the texture of real food, not a compromise meal. The seasoning is delicious but it’s seriously powerful too. I usually like strong flavors but I only use the whole liquid packet if I’m topping with a bunch of vegetables and reserving water for broth. If I’m totally draining the noodles for a quick snack, I only use about half of the liquid seasoning. The rest of the packet is great over some rice the next day. I’ve ordered these twice now and I’m about to put in my third purchase. I reserve five stars for things that wildly exceed expectations and deliver serious value for money. These noodles are excellent. They just don’t meet that criteria.

Delicious and worth the money
Absolutely delicious I will buy again and again. 10 grams of protien as is. These are a wonderful fast meal. So much better than regular ramen.

High carb, small portion, over-priced
I’m a fan of David Chang’s creativity, perhaps having overly high expectations. Advertised as high protein, but at 60 gm of carbs per small serving I’ll refrain from ordering again. Noodles and sauce for one person at this price, never again.

Korean King of Noodles
Overall fantastic. I usually have been eating the buldak carbonara or buldak yakisoba cuz I like spicy but I prefer more of a soy sauce or curry spice taste. Sometimes noodles are too chili spiced or taste almost like buffalo sauce. These Momo ones are the best texture and best tasting noodle I’ve had, it reminds me of the texture and taste of wonton soup. I have to say the sizing is perfect too, enough thickness cut for your bowl but too long or too wide! The tingly chili sauce is definitely a nice tingle of chili, not overpowering it’s more like a salty dumpling sauce with a chili aftertaste kind of like a Szechuan or Kung Pao taste. My only complaint is it can be a little salty and you can’t really make broth with this. It’s more like a thin sauce like something you would put on pho or flavor on lo mein. Honestly though lightness isn’t a bad thing, there’s beauty in the simplicity! Noodle taste: 5/5 Noodle texture: 5/5 Noodle size: 5/5 Sauce taste: 4/5 Sauce thickness: 3/5 Overall Score 22/25 so 88% :] It’s good I would definitely get the Tingly Chili again ! 🙂

Love these noodles
I love these noodles. My husband likes things spicy and me also but not AS spicy and these were perfect. Enough spice for him and not too much for me. Cooking doesn't get any easier...just drop in boiling water. When they were done and I stirred in the spice packet, I added shrimp, scallions and broccoli. Yummy!!! They are a bit pricey but worth it. A nice treat

Not bad but not great
Flavor is good. Servings are super small and VERY starchy. I was hoping for a noodle that felt healthier (like rice noodles) and didn’t sit like a brick in my stomach while leaving me still hungry.

Great paired with veggies and Japanese barbecue sauce

They're nothing to write home about and absolutely not worth the insane price they are now - £17?!. There's no denying the noodle quality is superior to most others available, albeit a small portion for the price. The sauce however is such a let down. It needs a lot of additions to make it even slightly interesting.

Best noodles and sauces.

Bit disappointed. Noodles and a packet of soy sauce and dried spring onion. I expected a bit more. Be cheaper to by these things separately.
