the delivery was fast. Nothing was damaged and all the parts were provided ( and some extra provided too eg screws and bolts). However the instructions to assemble are very difficult to interpret and not enough steps. There is an option to get assembly for free but the dates to do so are far too late ( eg two-four weeks after delivery !)Best that they provide a youtube video link on how to assemble or a much better instructions. Diagrams with no words can be confusing - especially when different parts need to be assembled first.

Got them at around AED 300, they're great chairs at an amazing price. Stools in general can be uncomfortable over long sittings but not these ones, great value and quality. They look great too.

So , product damaged but box okWrong description about the height, 20cm more !

All perfect except the customer service. They never replied

Missing screws on the other set.and very hard to assemble!

Quick delivery, product exactly as pictured and described and great value for money, very happy.

Didn't meet my expectations.
