yes. I have had no problems with water getting onto the units

How do I install it, does the tire have to be dismounted and a new valve installed?

You take off the cap to the valve stem and follow the installation instructions. It’s pretty easy and, no, the tire does not need to come off.

Will this work on 2020 indian challenger

It screws onto the open end of the valve stem. I think it will work on any bike.

Are these the same sensors (just repackaged) as the other sensors out there?

These are original sensor directrly imported from manufacturer FOBO. We are not sure of what kind of a product the you are referring to.
