Lovely in lasagne as a pasta substitute, healthier too. Expensive though, would buy regularly if it wasn’t so much!

Love this product I do keto and have done for years I use this in place of pasta for lasagne. Low carb low calorie good quality palm sheets. Texture as expected of a hearts of palm product if you have never had it it’s a bit like artichoke., when you open the packet slight smell just give it a rinse and it’s fine. I love the taste it’s clean a little earthy and again along the lines or artichoke and asparagus. The price is a little high but for me good value for money as this makes me dinner for 2 days.

OMG! All keto Lasagne lovers: THIS. IS. IT!! Okay, so I fried down my mince, seasoned etc, added a cheesey/tomatoey low Carb sauce. Then I treated these narrow sheets like konjack noodles and gave them a good rinse and gentle squish. They feel like they could easily break apart so I didn't rub them - separated and made sure each narrow slice was rinsed). I then layered my mince in my 1L oven dish, layered on the narrow 'lasagne' sheets & low Carb bechamel; sprinkled generously with mature grated cheddar - 25 minutes in the oven et voilà! Perfect lasagne! I'm okay with the konjack noodles - but THIS was indistinguishable. I can wait to try the heat of palm noodle options. They're VERY expensive, but I reckon that 2x packets will make 6 servings! (I still have half a pack after making a small 2x person serving) Bon appetite!

Tasted absolutely disgusting 🤢 Doesnt cook properly, the point of a Lasagne is the sheets stay in tact with the Meat. These are tough, chewy just nasty! Don't waste your Money

Used these for a low-carb lasagne and was pleasantly surprised. They obviously do taste different and have a different texture to real pasta sheets, but the lasagne was enjoyed by non-keto family members. Will buy again.
