I think it's helping but too early to truly tell
I suffer from athletes foot and the itching gets so intense that I literally will rub between my toes until they are raw and borderline bleeding. The sides of my feet also get severely dry, itchy and flaky but I've noticed that since I started using these pads, the dry, itchy flaky sides are less severe and I'm not having as many itchy flare ups. Will continue using
