Perfect for bird room
TLDR: bought to use for bird room to keep cat out and birds in. It was fairly easy to install, works great and seems sturdy. The only thing I would change: I wish there were more tacks due to me smashing a few in my attempt to hammer them in lol. (Explanation of how I installed it farther down) ■Longer version: We have been working on setting up a bird room. The room we are using has 1 door and 1 doorway. The doorway connects to the kitchen. I was already planning on getting a screen for this doorway eventually. It suddenly became urgent due to my ex husband calling me and asking if I can take in his cat. I didn't want a magnetic one because I figured cats could walk right through it. I measured the outside of the doorway and bought the recommended size. It was pretty easy to install intuitively. The directions are not very detailed, but that wasn't a problem for me. My b only complaint is I wish they included more tacks. A few of them ended up being smashed/bending while I tried to hammer them in. I don't think it was due to a problem with the tacks. I think it was caused by my sub-par hammering skills. ■How I installed it: ●I opted to install it in a way that made sense to me. To explain this, let's call the the velcro pieces that are sewn on the mesh "side A" and the velcro that goes on the wall "side B." •Rather than measure placement and measure out the strip of side B velcro and place side B on the wall and pray I got the placement correct, I did the following. •I attached strips of side B velcro to the side A velcro on the mesh. I held it up to the wall and had a helper pull the bottom taught so we could find the right height. Then I peeled the paper off the back of velcro B on just the top of the mesh and pressed it to the wall. I then used 3 tacks to secure the top of the mesh to the wall (one on the top right corner, one on the top left corner and one in the middle/center of the top) •I then peeled the paper off the back of velcro B on the right side and pressed it to the wall. I hammered in some tacks to secure it. •Then I proceeded to do the left side, making sure to pull it taught as I went from top to bottom pressing the sticky side of velcro B to the wall. •I added a few tacks to secure it. •I used the rest of the tacks around the edges to finish securing it to the wall. •Lastly, I used some small 1 inch nails I had to attach the bottom of the mech to the floor by hammering them through the bottom edge of the mesh, through the carpet and in to the flooring under the carpet. °I could have skipped the last step due to the 3 attached sides being taught enough to prevent the bottom from being lifted more than a couple centimeters at most. I chose to hammer it to the floor just for extra security from pets as well as making it easier to zip and unzip.

Tougher than Claws
Installs with ease and functions perfectly. Covers our door frame to keep the cats inside. After quite a bit of scratching, climbing, and one particularly chunky cat barreling into it as hard as he could manage, it's still good as new. The tacks that come with it are a tad weak to press easily into most doorframes, but you could easily replace these with something a little sturdier. If possible, I would use on unpainted wooden or metal doorframes, however. The adhesive is extremely strong and I could very easily see it removing paint when you took it down.

Does an amazing job!
This screen is amazing. Read directions and put it on properly. Make sure to also use the tacks. My kitten has not tried to climate or escape. She respects the screen. It is very sturdy and I know because I unzip it and come through it multiple times. This was an amazing fine and beats all those $200 tall gates any day.

Best “door” for cats!
I bought this for my 2 cats as I needed a way to be able to keep one of my cats away from the bedroom while I slept due to him always meowing. I have to say this thing is PERFECT for keeping pets separated or to act as a barrier for cats. The screen itself is very sturdy and is not easy at all for a cat to get through even when they hang off of it or climb it. If you’re hesitating about buying this because you don’t think it’ll work, buy it! Works so well for cats and is significantly cheaper than a traditional gate.

Great value and quality
I don’t write a lot of reviews but this screen really exceeded expectations. We had foster kittens and a very protective mama cat who we needed to keep away from our dog. We used this in combination with a wooden gate. The gate kept the dog out and the screen kept the cats in. The cats gave it a full work up each climbing from top to bottom and hanging on without any hint of a rip or strain. The velcro tape and the wall tacks kept it securely in place. I was able to put it up by myself with a hammer and step stool in less than 30 minutes including the time it took to clean the wall. I am very happy to have found such an affordable solution that kept all the animals safe and separate.

Does the trick but causes damage to the walls.
Product works as advertised. It’s stuck to the wall and keeps the cats separate. I installed it as directed but it was very difficult to get in and out of the door because you have to open the rounded part as well as the straight part. I uninstalled and reinstalled upside down and it is much easier to use. My complaint is that when I removed the door it damaged my walls significantly. At this point it had only been up a few days when I realized how difficult it was to use. I could understand the damage if it had been installed for a long period of time. But such a short amount of time I consider the damage to be significant. I also understand that all the sticky tape causes damage. It’s just unfortunate that a better damage free solution hasn’t yet been invented. I wish products would be up front rather than claiming damage free for the walls. It’s doing the trick as far as keeping the cats contained. But the cat has already caused damage, so this will be a short time use product. Kind of disappointed. But glad the cats are separate. I write this review at 5 weeks in use.

I have indoor only cats and have wanted to be able to leave my door open on warm days and let some fresh air in! Previously I haven't been able to as my cats are escape artists and have found their way out somehow, but this product allows me some peace of mind and I don't have to worry about them escaping. The zippered area is also large enough that it's simple enough to get things through it, such as the chair I used to hang the netting. Overall, I'd recommend this product to anyone with indoor cats. None of my cats escape attempts have been successful and it's a big relief.

Worked very well for our Cat Door Latch / Pet Screen Door combination. Ours was a little too big but within the box it gives instructions to switch out for a better size. We decided to go with it because we didn't want to tape the bottom to the hardwood and it's just being held down by the rubber-backed carpet. Very affordable combination to allow our kitties to go in and out of the catio. **I've rolled up the bottom and clipped it so they can come in/out unattended.

Super happy with this product, we really wanted to safely keep our balcony door open so our cats could enjoy the fresh air. Very easy to install and well fixed to the door. The screen is strong even when our cat jumped on it with her claws. Would definitely recommend this product to others.

Cat climbs it sometimes and still holds great. The mesh is good quality, but the tape fell after a week. I nailed it to the wall and it worked well
